A basement in Mitlon was transformed into usable space again with a few smaill updates. This completely tired and dated basement benefited from a re-design and by doing away with the dark old wood panels to the walls and stairway and the addition of a sleek modern fireplace, neutral tones and clean carpets, this was certainly a huge transformation. The new washroom meant the space could finally be a flexible living area for the family.
